RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return on new merchandise. You may return your purchase within 60 days of your original order. Items being returned must be in their original condition with the tags.

Items sent to us with missing tags, stains, odors, pet hairs, etc. will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your shipping cost. The item must be in a resalable condition and we reserve the right to make this final decision. Please return all items in the condition you would like to receive your items.

Please include a copy of your receipt in your package and a note stating the reason for the return to help us process your return. In the note please include purchaser name, address, and telephone number. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. For your protection be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We cannot provide credit for packages lost during return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.
